2-Day Tara Retreat

led by Lama Rabten

March 25 and 26, 2023

Tara is the female Buddha of Compassion and Loving Kindness. This is a well-known practice by all Tibetan Buddhists to receive protection and to remove obstacles.  This practice especially offers us protection from fear.

During this two-day retreat, Lama Rabten will provide instruction and guidance on the benefits and methods of this important practice. The session is open to new as well as experienced meditators.

You may sign up for either, or both, days.

We can offer overnight accommodations in the Barn Apartment to four persons (suggested donation $70). For more information on availability and details, please contact the Centre 250.656.0755 or shrine@matsuri.ca.
